Never ones to let anybody else get any shine for half a day, The artists formerly known as Kanye West & Jay-Z followed up on owning the internet for most of the week with the release of Watch The Throne by premiering the video for the first single, “Otis.” In answer to your first question: Yes, this is basically a very expensive car commercial BUT it is a fun-as-hell car commercial directed by Spike Jonze–the kind that most of us would secretly or not-so-secretly want to make/star in; carving (mass) suicide doors on the dream whip of your choice with a blowtorch and then slapping a Batmobile afterburner on the back so you can do rocket-propelled donuts with Aziz Ansari and a gang of models in the back. Now that’s what you call parking lot pimpin’.
